Yoga & Pilates on the Stability Ball

This fusion class will perform a variety of Yoga stretches and Pilate’s exercises to build strength and create flexibility in the body with the aid of big stability ball. In this fun class, you will re-discover yoga poses using a stability ball which helps you improve balance and flexibility.
